Dein Job Bei Uns

As an app developer at Blue World Studio, you will support our team in implementing exciting development projects. Your area of activity ranges from conception to development of software solutions, following agile development models. Your focus is on front-end development and optimization of mobile applications for Android and iOS.

The architecture of mobile applications and their integration into existing software systems are part of your diverse range of tasks. You work closely with our design team and are an important decision maker in the development team. Our attention to detail is great, so you too should have an eye for optimal programming and user experiences.

SkillS

Extensive experience in native app development for iOS and Android, with in-depth knowledge of SWIFT, Java and Kotlin
Good knowledge of programming cross-platforms such as Kotlin Multiplatform, Xamarin, Flutter, Ionic or React Native
Knowledge of visual design theory (e.g. composition, color theory, typography, etc.)
Familiarity with common UI/UX methods to design appealing and user-friendly applications
Understanding common design and architecture patterns such as MVC, MVP, or MVVM.
Ability to work both independently and in a team and communicate effectively with designers, product managers, and other developers
We mostly work with Slack, Jira, and Trello. In this way, we remain structured and optimize our workflow. You too will use these tools on a daily basis to communicate both internally and with customers

Nötige Erfahrung

2+ years of professional experience in start-ups, studios or agencies, in the development of mobile applications for Android and/or iOS
A real passion for app development combined with a strong understanding of user experience and information architecture
Experience working with version control systems such as Git and familiarity with agile development methods such as Scrum or Kanban
Experience testing, debugging, and optimizing mobile applications to ensure high performance and reliability
Willingness to continuously educate and stay up to date to use the latest technologies and best practices in mobile app development
