As an SEO manager at Blue World Studio (BWS), you are our expert in optimizing our online presence and increasing the visibility of our customers in search engines. In close collaboration with our tech and design team, you will develop innovative strategies to increase the digital reach of our customers and effectively address their target groups.

Your passion for search engine optimization, creative skills, and analytical thinking are at the heart of our SEO services. You are able to present and implement individual SEO strategies clearly and convincingly for every customer.

Your role is to further promote the success of our customers in the digital space through outstanding SEO work. You will conduct data-driven analyses to monitor and optimize the online performance of customer projects, while developing innovative concepts that solve real business problems. A sound understanding of digital trends, keyword research, on and off-page optimization, and current and emerging technologies is crucial for this position.

• Develop and implement successful SEO strategies
• Conduct keyword research to support content teams
• Knowledge of visual design theory (e.g. composition, color theory, typography, etc.)
• Optimize website content, landing pages, and paid search texts
• Direct off-page optimization projects (e.g. link building)
• Data collection and reporting on traffic, rankings, and other SEO aspects
• Ability to work both independently and in a team and communicate effectively with designers, product managers, and developers.
• We mostly work with Slack, Jira, and Trello. In this way, we remain structured and optimize our workflow. You too will use these tools on a daily basis to communicate both internally and with customers

• 2+ years of professional experience in start-ups, studios or agencies, in the position of an SEO manager
• A real passion for improving the performance of our customers
• Experience with relevant tools such as Semrush and web analytics tools such as Google Analytics
• Reporting experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Analytical thinking with a knack for numbers
• Willingness to continuously educate yourself and stay up to date to use the latest technologies and best practices in SEO
